What you can delete

LetterBlitz does not run user accounts. The data we can delete on request is keyed to your random per-device identifier and includes:

• Player rows (nickname, score) tied to that device id
• Answers and reactions submitted by that device
• Billing entitlement row (if any) — note: this does not cancel an active App Store subscription
• Telemetry events emitted by that device

Game rows (rooms) you created may keep a redacted record once expired, with the host device id removed; this is needed for fraud prevention and bookkeeping.

How to request

1. Open the in-app Premium screen and copy your device identifier.
2. Send an email to support@mcat.one with subject LetterBlitz data deletion.
3. Include the device identifier in the email body.

We acknowledge within five business days and complete deletion within thirty days unless legally required to retain longer. To cancel an active subscription, use Apple ID account settings.
