Terms of Use
1. The service
Suspects! is a social-deduction party game for iOS. The host (anyone holding the phone) starts a round, players take turns reading their private word and dropping clues, the table votes, and a verdict is revealed. The entire round runs locally on one phone — no internet needed.
2. In-App Purchases
The core game is free. Suspects! offers two one-time, non-recurring purchases:
- Full Unlock — unlocks all premium word packs, the Ghost role, secret voting and the full Daily Case pool. One-time payment. No subscription. No auto-renewal.
- Party Pass 24h — unlocks the same premium features for 24 hours from purchase. One-time payment.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Restore Purchases is available from the in-app paywall and from Settings → Premium. We do not offer auto-renewing subscriptions in this app.
3. Refunds
Refunds are handled directly by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. Where applicable consumer law grants you a right of withdrawal (e.g. EU 14-day right), you can contact support@mcat.one and we will assist with the Apple refund request.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Suspects! to harass, harm, defame or threaten other players. You agree not to reverse engineer the app or attempt to bypass entitlement or paywall logic. Custom player names you type into setup are your responsibility; do not enter content that is unlawful, hateful, or that infringes others' rights.
5. Family Sharing
In-app purchases in Suspects! are not Family Sharing enabled. Each Apple ID requires its own purchase.
6. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Suspects!.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
