Data Deletion

1. Delete in-app (instant, no email needed)

All gameplay data lives on your device. To wipe it:

1. Open the app.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my data.
3. Confirm. Your match history, career stats, preferences and local cache are erased immediately.

Alternatively, uninstalling the app removes everything stored locally.

2. Delete off-device records

The only off-device data is your purchase entitlement record at RevenueCat (so we can restore your purchases on a new device). This row is linked to your pseudonymous device hash, not to your name, email, or Apple ID.

1. Send an email to support@mcat.one with subject Suspects data deletion.
2. Include either the device hash (visible in Settings → Privacy → Diagnostic info) or the original purchase Apple receipt number.

We acknowledge within five business days and complete deletion within thirty days unless legally required to retain longer (e.g. tax records for IAP transactions). Deleting the entitlement record will disable restore purchases for that record; the App Store purchase itself is not refundable through this path — use reportaproblem.apple.com for refunds.

3. Cancel a subscription

Suspects! does not offer subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel — the Full Unlock and Party Pass 24h are one-time payments.
